Harold and the Murder

My entry for the Let's Make a Scene: Sounds of Harmony contest, made with RPG Maker MV. I considered telling part of the backstory of one of my original characters but decided it wouldn't work too well for this, and ended up whipping up something silly about the default heroes instead over the final weekend.

Heroes are supposed to help other people, so Harold went and did so, despite being unprepared for the specific situation, with results that his usual companions are unprepared for.

In case it ain't obvious, this is a short story in the form of a pseudo-game, i. e. a series of cutscenes with no interactivity (three or four minutes). As per the rules of the contest, it is a Win32 download that plays automatically with no button input; I'm going to add a browser version later.
